Monte dos Pipeiros is a place to unwind, reset, and feel inspired again, grounded in the simple rhythm of countryside living in the South of Portugal. Set on ancient land along an old pilgrims’ route, it is intentionally small, with just four suites. From the pool, the view stretches across green valleys of cork oaks. At night, the sky turns crystal clear and the stars appear. Here, urgency fades, your mind grows quiet, and true luxury begins.

We welcome no more than five guests at a time, keeping the experience personal, quiet and unhurried. The day begins with breakfast and views across the mountains. During the day, the pool invites slow hours in the sun and a moment of cool stillness. In the evening, under a clear, star-filled sky, there is space for conversation, for silence, or simply a good glass of wine. No grand promises. Just moments that stay.
Philosophy
At Pipeiros, we believe life becomes more beautiful when you slow down. Less rushing, less doing, more feeling. A return to nature, silence, and simplicity. Here, it’s all about real moments: oranges and fruit from our own orchard, honey from the mountains, warm eggs straight from the nest, and vegetables from the greenhouse.
